At our location in Ulm, a rapidly growing and future-oriented high-tech company within the TRUMPF Group, we develop and produce photonic components (VCSELs, photodiodes) for our international customers using semiconductor processes.

Your responsibilities:

  • Your main focus will be on introducing new processes as part of development projects and improving existing semiconductor processes for the production of VCSELs and photodiodes based on III-V semiconductors at our development and production site in Ulm.
  • You will lead a team of development engineers in the areas of deposition and wet chemical processes in a dynamic and growing environment.
  • You will work with your team to define the strategy and goals for equipment and processes in this area and align them with the company's objectives.
