    Job Description
    • Maintain manual and computerized participant records, complete required documentation and reporting including database (ETO) input with timeliness and accuracy.
    • Network with other providers to generate community resources for participants.
    • Effectively partner with internal and external operations and business partners to meet the needs of employers and job-seeking participants.
    • Establish/maintain relationships with targeted community groups and/or individuals to maximize interest in training programs.
    • Assist participants with researching and accessing needed services including additional job training, educational supports, counseling, housing, medical services, and other support services as needed.
    • Coordinate service provision with referring agencies including conducting case conferences at set intervals.
    • Determine individual's need for support funds/ gift certificates; help them investigate and exhaust other options before requesting funds.
    • Generate productive partnerships with businesses to allow for ongoing job /internship placement of job-seeking participants.
    • Monitor and follow-up with participants to enable them to find and retain employment.
    • Provide/assist with coordination of job coaching and follow-up retention services for participants working competitively.
    • Conduct tours of for interested potential participants as well as prospective employer partners.
    • Act as the point person between different stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with services provided at all levels.
    • Perform follow-up calls and visits to employers to ensure a high level of employer satisfaction.
    • Plan and coordinate on-site recruitment opportunities as appropriate.
