My most recent experience is working as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Co. on topics related to Corporate strategy, Strategy implementation, Digital/AI/Digital assets strategy, Digital first operating model, Generative AI Operating Model, productivity improvements, data &  analytics, customer journeys and user experience, operations, process improvements, restructuring, M&A and Merger Integrations 

My work includes components related to CXO-level counseling, board meeting, business case preparation, strategic planning, revenue growth, operations excellence, continuous improvement, project management, OKR development and tracking, cross-functional / BU leadership alignment, talent analysis, business development, hypothesis-driven problem-solving, data analytics, change management, coaching while designing, planning, and implementing CEO-level strategic initiatives. I have also published multiple financial services and technology thought leadership articles internally and externally. 

Before McKinsey, I held various in-house and consulting roles within financial services and digital companies while designing and implementing strategic initiatives. I am also an entrepreneur who was the co-founder of a digital services start-up based in Amsterdam. I have built, led, and mentored teams within various geographies and cultures and have experience working in Asia, Europe, and North America.
