    Our Story

    Stream Engine was founded in 2020 by partnerships between leaders in the industries of sports, marketing, media, and technology. Its ownership team brings together a diverse collection of expertise in launching and building Stream Engine.

    Stream Engine provides the world's most comprehensive Artificial Intelligence service to measure and analyze brand recognition and sentiment across streaming and digital platforms. Utilizing breakthrough technology and machine-learning algorithms, we modernized how brands derive true value from advertising and on-screen exposure.

    The Role

    The product manager will gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, and support customer-centric product enhancement or solutions by working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and account management teams.

    Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility is to understand all aspects of the product as well as the problem landscape, as to provide the best solution for our customers.
  • Clearly communicate information to/from accounts and tech – in the process, educating the accounts team on the product, and conversely, educating the tech team on the business
  • Answer questions about the product and offer viable solutions against project requirements
  • Oversee project pipeline to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications
  • Present product capabilities, product solutions, data, or other materials to clients as needed
  • Communicates and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.
  • Support internal teams with interdepartmental process development
  • Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
  • Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.

    Skills and Experience Required

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage projects and people in a remote work scenario
  • Passionately curious about finding the right answer with the team

  • Highly organized with a critical view on the process – ready to define new ways of working and refine existing
  • able to manage diverse stakeholders, lead a constructive debate, and see both sides of an argument
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
  • At least 5 years related experience
