With locations in Delphos, OH, Buena Park, CA, Taunton, MA and Riviera Beach, FL, the company has grown to provide an extensive portfolio of fresh, refrigerated dip products that includes hummus, salsa, layered dips and a wide variety of dairy, deli and seafood dips.
Lakeview Farms also produces delicious sweet treats and desserts that include many varieties of gelatin, pudding, parfaits and premium desserts that delight consumers across the country.

The Production Manager leads, directs and oversees all manufacturing operations within assigned facility location. The incumbent guides multiple supporting supervisors in the areas of manufacturing, to ensure the timely, efficient, safe, and cost-effective manufacturing of high-quality products
Responsibilities:
Directs and oversees ongoing performance efficiency of plant functions through the establishment and monitoring of various organizational goals that seek to meet and/or exceed objectives.
Responsible for scheduling, planning and organizing work and Production activities across two shifts, clearly communicating goals and ensuring that all staff are familiar (and in compliance with) the appropriate standards and procedures.
Drive line efficiency improvement through root cause and corrective action
Partners with Maintenance on identifying and correcting unplanned downtime
Manages resources to control costs and optimize profitability to meet internal and external client expectations.
Provides support and guidance in the management of product quality and ensures compliance with quality and sanitation policies, procedures, and systems to include HACCP, GMPs and the management and reduction of consumer complaints.
Reports food safety and quality issues and initiate action, as necessary.
Follow all Food Safety guidelines, but not limited to: GMP's, Allergen Program, Quality, Sanitation, and Safety.
Works with Project Engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations.
The Reliability Engineer is responsible for adhering to the Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) process throughout the entire life cycle of new and old assets.
Participates in the development of criteria for and evaluation of equipment and technical MRO suppliers and technical maintenance service providers.
Participates in the final check out of new installations. This includes factory and site acceptance testing that will assure adherence to functional specifications.
Guides efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems.
Professionally and systematically defines, designs, develops, monitors and refines an Asset Maintenance Plan that include value-added preventive maintenance tasks and effective utilization of predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems
Provides input to a Risk Management Plan that will anticipate reliability-related, and non-reliability-related risks that could adversely impact plant operation.
Performs Root-cause, Root-Cause Failure and Failure Mode Effectiveness Analysis (RCA, RCFA, FMEA)
Works with Production to perform analyses of assets including, Asset Utilization, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Remaining Useful Life and other parameters that define operating condition, reliability and costs of assets.
Applies value analysis to repair/replace, repair/redesign, and make/buy decisions.
Provide process engineering support for required equipment upgrades and or modifications and champion these efforts including writing and directing all change control activities/ deviations as required by our quality systems, OSHA etc.
