Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our tube manufacturing facility.

The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing production processes to ensure efficient operations and meet customer demands.

This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of tube bending manufacturing processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement production plans and schedules to optimize resource utilization, including labor, machinery, and materials. Lean, bulk and adverage
  • Supervise and provide guidance to a team of production workers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies per QMS.
  • Monitor machinery and equipment condition, coordinating maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and optimize productivity per QMS.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards, conducting inspections and addressing any nonconformities.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancements. Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, 5S strategies, and implement improvements to streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to maintain adequate inventory levels of raw materials and components.
  • Collect and analyze production data, preparing regular reports and metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Identify skill gaps within the production team and provide training opportunities for employee development.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the production team and across departments.
  • Handle unexpected production issues, analyzing problems, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Production Manager in a tube manufacturing facility or similar industry with minimum of 10years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of tube bending manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with strong problemsolving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, quality standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Experience in process optimization and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
