    This is a full-time, onsite role, and can be located at either our Dallas or Houston Texas office: will provide you with more information.

    Inszone Insurance Services is an independent insurance agency with more than 60 locations in 16 states. Our firm specializes in customized insurance products for businesses and individuals.     We are looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Manager to join our team in our Dallas location, 11661 Preston Road, Suite 146, Dallas TX 75230.

    Qualifications:

    • Insurance Experience– Active Property & Casualty License required, along with experience in the industry directly involving sales (the ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience)
    • Leadership - This is a leadership role. Prior leadership experience required.
    • Bilingual – Spanish a plus but not required.
    • Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
    • Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner
    • Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead, motivate, inspire, and cultivate talent within the organization
    • Quote and sell policies
    • Follow up with prospects
    • Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers
    • Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
