Zeus Petruzalek GmbH, a leading provider of Food & Retail Packaging products, is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Germany. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for selling our range of packaging solutions to retailers, food producers, food processors, and logistics businesses in a designated region of Germany. Your main focus will be on driving sales, introducing new product innovations, servicing accounts, and collaborating with our customer service and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target customer base.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in retail, food production, food processing, and logistics companies. Understand their packaging needs and provide tailored solutions.

New Product Introductions: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify potential new products or modifications to existing ones. Work closely with internal teams to introduce innovative packaging solutions that meet customer requirements.

Account Servicing: Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication, regular follow-ups, and prompt resolution of any issues or concerns.
