    Growing company is looking for a motivated sales associate to join the team. We offer excellent compensation and a huge growth opportunity for successful evolving sales professionals.

    Duties include:

    • Work direclty with Territory Sales Manager to identify new customers/sales opportunites
    • Develop relationships hiring managers
    • Introduce new products in the chemical water treatment space
    • Educate customers on a variety of service offerings
    • Grow accounts by offering additional solutions in the water treatment space
    • Maintain relationships and services with existing customers

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing, Biology, or related field
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Ability to multi task
    • Above average follow up and organizational skills
    • Drive to succeed and learn every day
    • Ability to understand and strive to exceed sales goals
    • Relationship building skills
    • Prior sales skills in chemical water treatments, water treatment, hvac a plus
