Job Summary:


Our Sales role at Spinatomy, the Patient Education Coordinator's (PEC), main responsibility is to clearly explain treatment options and related cost and help the patients accept treatment.

The PEC is a liaison between the doctor and the patient and assists in the gathering of information in the new patient experience, as well as coordinating a treatment plan with the doctor and presenting it to the patient.

They are knowledgeable about the treatment and timelines, and they are prepared to negotiate financial arrangements with the clients.

The PEC provides a calm and warm environment for patients who are otherwise anxious and concerned about how to afford needed treatment.

They also coordinate, as needed, with other offices who share in the care of patients, making sure referrals and correspondence are received and followed up on.

The PEC may also be responsible for some internal accounting duties that support the practice's goals for profitability. They must be able to communicate well. In fact, the Treatment Coordinator must be the best communicator in the practice.


Qualifications

ATLEAST 1 YEAR OF PROVEN SUCCESS IN SALES

  • Strong Fee for Service sales skills
  • Great closing skills
  • Masterful listener
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Solid Time management skills
  • Great people skills
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft office and Google Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize with efficiency
  • Must have a "get it done" mentality
  • Spanish preferred
  • High school diploma or GED certificate

  • Meeting collection and sales goals
  • Maintaining manageable and productive schedules
  • Recording, reporting, and tracking case presentation results
  • Ensuring a high conversion rate and proper follow through on all case presentations
  • Following up on pending treatment plans
  • Completing all forms and tasks related to cases presentations

Pay:
$ $32.00 per hour
