- Dental treatment coordinator
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as dental front/ treatment coordinator
- Excellent Billing skills
- Customer Service Focus
- Team Player
- Multitasker and selfmotivated
- Specialty Experience (preferred)
- Professional Demeanor
- Punctual
- Know of Eagle soft (preferred)
- Patient Education and Presentation Skills
- Excellent Communication
Responsibilities:
Exceed patient expectations in customer service
Achieve sales and collection goals
Greet, communicate and keep patients informed about their visit
Obtain high treatment acceptance by explaining cost of treatment, insurance coverage and financial alternatives (Carecredit, Lending Club etc)
Solicit referrals from patients
Ensure highly productive days by managing patient scheduling and follow up with pending treatments
Patient retention Patient care coordinator / dental biller / dental office manager / dental front office
Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location:
In person
