Front Desk and Sales Assistant at Medspa in West Los Angeles.Pay is $19 to $25 per hour with bonuses included, 3 to 5 days per week with 2 weeknights and Saturdays required.
Must be willing to work Saturdays.The main responsibility of this job is to provide a top customer service to our clients, help the team with the daily administrative tasks, drive sales by upselling to existing patients through text, phone calls and in-person and holding consultations and selling treatment packages, helping with sending texts and calling leads and passing on lead to our Sales/Patient Coordinator to book.
Job requires a high volume of daily texts and calls to inquiring leads and existing clients. You must be good and excited to work with people through texts, calls, and in-person conversations. Must be an excellent communicator. Must have excellent computer skills.

- Superb customer service and sales skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of social media platform such as Instagram, Facebook etc.
