    Description

    A financial firm is looking for a Desktop Engineer to join their team in New York, NY.

    Pay: $55-60/hr

    Responsibilities:

    • Systems/Apps administration including installation/upgrade of software's, account management, access control, building workstations/laptops, fixing computers/systems issues, and maintenance support.
    • Supervising the day to day operations on the AS/400, SWIFT Alliance, and GIFTS Funds transfer, banking, financial trading, and IT Systems.
    • Supervising Information Systems, Security and Auxiliary services.
    • Fixing computers vulnerabilities and patching.
    • Analyzing incidents reported by users and fixing them.
    • Handling Start of the day and End of the day processes.
    • Handling end-user's problems related to AS/400 and auxiliary systems.
    This position assists staff with technical support of desktop computers, applications, and related technology.
