    Company Overview:

    We have partnered with the VP of sales at a Series A FinOps start-up whose end-to-end platform is the first of its kind for understanding and optimizing cloud costs. They are looking for an experienced BDR in NYC to join their sales team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Research to identify potential target clients
    • Proactively reach out to prospects via email, phone, and social media to create interest in our platform
    • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and develop targeted messaging and campaigns
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
    • Work closely with the sales team to achieve collective goals and targets

    Requirements:

    • 1-2 years experience as hands-on SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales role, preferably in the B2B technology or software industry - Must
    • Native-level proficiency in English
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience working with CRM (preferably HubSpot) and using prospecting applications (such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)
    • Resilience. A fearless positive attitude combined with the ability to handle rejection and objections
    • Driven to success, full of energy, and passionate about supporting and closing sales
    • Excellent team player
    • Bonus: Familiar with cloud-native technology & selling to technical personas (ex. DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineers, etc.)
