- Collect necessary documentation from vendors and customers.
- Coordinate counterparty assessments with Risk and Compliance.
- Maintain files and support audits.
- Draft contracts, process signatures, and maintain files.
- Support audit requirements.
- Prepare fund requests and manage expenses.
- Distribute credit card reports and provide audit support.
- Request supplier documents and oversee risk assessments.
- Maintain registrations, coordinate meetings, and greet visitors.
- Manage mail, office supplies, and equipment.
- Schedule appointments and travel arrangements.
- Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite
- 4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Aptitude for use of numbers and ability to use spreadsheets
- High attention to detail
- PC skills – Microsoft Office suite of titles essential
- Competencies: Customer orientation, Effective communication, Accountability, Planning and Organizing, Prioritizing, Teamwork
- English (Advanced), Spanish (Advanced)
