    Description

    The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

    Responsibilities

    • Answer office phone calls
    • Administer company emails
    • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
    • Assist Accounting with data entry and accounts payable
    • Assist HR with weekly payroll and certified payroll
    • Assist with preparation and delivery of lien releases

    Qualifications

    • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Accounting experience preferred
    • Bilingual

    Note: Potential promotion to a full-time position in the Accounting department based on performance.
