    Our client a Investment firm in Miami is seeking a Copywriter/Administrative Assistant to join their team.

    Job Description


    • Manage a high volume of communication, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries

    A LOT OF DICTATION –


    • Provide expert calendaring and scheduling support for multiple executives.


    • Assist with schedule management tasks, ensuring smooth operation and timely execution.


    • Handle general office management responsibilities, including filing, ordering supplies, and managing returns.


    • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners.


    • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.


    • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
