    Role Description

    This is a full-time role as an Assistant to the Sales Manager at Colordrift LLC. As an Assistant to the Sales Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include providing administrative assistance and supporting communication between the sales team and customers. Our ideal candidate is an intelligent self-starter, with the ability to efficiently multi task. You must exhibit a meticulous attention to detail as well as have great follow-through. Everyday is fast paced, with exposure to all facets of bringing our home textiles to market. You will be included in many tasks from working with the design team on samples, implementing meeting follow-up, helping to create realistic mock-ups, executing client set-up forms, and maintaining the sample library.

    The talented candidate must possess the following Qualifications...

    • 1-year prior sales assistant experience in wholesale, retail or ecommerce sales.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions and formulas
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a busy office environment
    • Adept at problem solving and great common sense
    • Experience in the textile or home design industry is a plus
