Summary of the Position:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and execute prospect engagement strategies, ensuring a healthy pipeline
  • Lead Zoom meetings, calls, and when needed, inperson meetings and office walkthroughs with prospective and current clients
  • Strive to meet monthly revenue quotas, tracking the progress and metrics of outreach conversion to meetings and deals closed
  • Research prospective clients in target cities (NYC, Boston, DC, Chicago, LA, and SF) and build contact lists using Exubrancy's lead generation platforms and resources
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of all Exubrancy services and products to confidently answer sales prospects' questions and provide wellinformed and enticing proposals following sales calls
  • Prepare thoughtful pitches and presentations, catered to the prospects needs
  • Work with your Account Manager to provide premium, errorfree experiences for your clients and continue to nurture your relationships with clients postsale
  • Collaborate with a parttime Sales Assistant on lead generation and tracking activities


Please note, this position will commence with 2 months of account management training and apprenticeship before moving into the sales role.


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • A strong record of academic achievement
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft suite and, ideally, Airtable
  • Selfstarter who has the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally and drive strategic initiatives from the ground up
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work crossfunctionally
  • Entrepreneurial, with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity
  • Passion for health & wellness
  • Ability to work in the NYC office minimum 2 days per week with the team

Compensation:

$80,000-$85,000/year + commission


This is a New York City-based hybrid position with 2 days per week required in the office working closely with the team, and the remaining 3 days optional for remote work.

You will have a multi-week training with the Head of Client Experience and other leaders at Exubrancy to set you up for success in your role.
