Who we are looking for:

The Sales Manager is responsible for the sale of products and services to clients. They must possess complete knowledge of all products and services.

This individual is the direct point of contact with clients and ensures that their needs and expectations are fully met and they are completely satisfied throughout their relationship with the wellness center.


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Acquisition of new clients through the followup of lead generation, referrals, marketing efforts and events.
  • Serves existing clients through followup of effectiveness of current plans, monitoring results and feedback.
  • Understanding client needs and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements, effectively positioning our services or treatments that best fit.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross selling our services or treatments to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential.
  • Ability to showcase features, benefits, and value of our services and treatments offered.
  • Meets and exceeds sales goals.
  • Provides feedback on the effectiveness of marketing plans.
  • Full understanding of all services/ products/ operating systems
  • Answers clients' questions regarding products, services, and pricing
  • Resolves client complaints and queries.
  • Submits purchase orders and informs management of purchase actions.
  • Maintains patient files with appropriate follow up and update

Qualifications/Education Requirements and Work Environment:


  • High school diploma or equivalent education required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 1 year plus of general sales experience. Sales experience in Aesthetics or n Hormone Replacement Therapy is a plus.
  • Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multi task, achieve company set objectives
  • Maintain patience and composure managing client care
  • Ability to work productively and effectively in an unsupervised environment
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and communications skills

Compensation:$60,000 yearly with a bonus potential of 1% top line revenue
