Sales Manager


Duties:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
  • Monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, and generate reports for management review
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in order to stay ahead in the market

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in account management or outside sales
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of successfully acquiring new clients
  • Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal communication)
  • Knowledge of technology sales and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset
