    Description

    Description:

Do you want to change the world and apply your business and entrepreneurial acumen to one of the most exciting social enterprises? If so, let's talk

    Company Background

OutcomesX is a game-changing social outcomes market, revolutionizing the way social impact is valued and harnessed. Our mission is to transform social impact into an asset that impact investors, corporations, governments, and philanthropies can purchase from vetted nonprofits and social enterprises. By standardizing, pricing, trading, and reporting on social impact credits, we streamline the process for outcome buyers to access the most effective impact producers (nonprofits and social enterprises) and reduce administrative tasks, while empowering the producers with global capital, unrestricted funding, and more time focused on driving impact instead of fundraising. At OutcomesX, we bring efficiency and equity to the business of social impact, enabling organizations of all sizes to access capital based on their results and catalyzing positive change worldwide.

With financial support from , the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and others, we are currently executing the first trade with a global financial institution to improve the lives of children affected by the war in Ukraine.

Selling outcomes is just the first step. Standardizing outcome units opens the doors for innovative financial instruments, new products with social-characteristics, and many more opportunities we haven't even thought of yet – all with the goal of increasing the capital to address the world's most pressing social challenges.

    • Design and implement customer engagement strategies to increase customer loyalty, involvement, and long-term support.
    • Represent OutcomesX at networking events, conferences, and other forums to raise the organization's profile and attract potential buyers.

    4. Proposal Development:

    • Lead the development team in creating compelling proposals for certain outcome purchasing arrangements, aligning with buyers' priorities and demonstrating the social impact of our platform.
    • Ensure timely submission of proposals, tracking progress and outcomes to maintain accountability and transparency.

    5.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with the executive team, marketing, and product management to align sales efforts with business goals and market positioning.
    • Work closely with the product and impact verification teams to communicate outcomes data and demonstrate the value of our platform to potential buyers.

Candidates must be located near one of our hub cities: NYC (highly preferred), Chicago, Washington DC, Denver, or Toronto.

    Requirements:

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field. Additional certifications in fundraising or development are a plus.
    • 10+ years of experience in fundraising and development, particularly in securing significant grant funding from major corporations and government sources.
    • Extensive Rolodex of potential buyers, including major corporations and government entities, with a strong network of industry contacts.
    • Previous experience working for large nonprofits and securing substantial grant money from corporate donors and impact investors.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on market penetration and donor engagement.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, adapt to changing priorities, and effectively lead a development team.

Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving the sales success of our groundbreaking social outcomes exchange platform.
