**Job Description:** Salem Media has an exciting opportunity for a **Regional** **Digital Sales Manager**
**Responsibilities**
The Regional Digital Sales Manager (RDSM) works with Media Strategists on developing proposals and digital strategies, going on weekly sales calls and developing opportunities that drive customer results. Also, responsible for working with the account management teams on optimization strategies to ensure campaign delivery and attainment of customer goals.
Work with our partner vendors providing a clear path for our Media Strategists on-going training, product updates, reporting, all optimization efforts and campaign renewals while executing a clear path for all process related activity that ultimately ensure sales and client success.
Proactively monitors and manages campaigns to make appropriate adjustments to improve performance and ongoing optimization for all digital accounts.
Attends sales calls with Media Strategist as needed to help them prepare and deliver customer- centric solutions.
Communicates results and proof of performance to customers in tandem with a team of Media Strategists at a minimum of once per month.
Conduct and lead weekly sales meetings providing product trainings, client success stories, objections and role-playing activities.
Attends/hosts weekly sales meetings and training sessions to implement go-to-market strategies for a variety of digital products.
Creativity, flexibility, and ability to change and learn with our industry are also keys to success.
Provides on- going recommendations to Media Strategists and clients to upsell and cross-sell our vast product offerings. Customer satisfaction is the top priority.
Manages performance of a team of direct report Media Strategists as assigned by the General Manager.
Oversight of internal workflow process
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Full working knowledge of all aspects of Digital Marketing including Google Analytics, Search Engine Marketing (SEM/PPC), Targeted Display (Banner Advertising), Native Advertising, Web Site Optimization, including services for Organic Search SEO, Social Media Advertising, Email Marketing and Chat Boxes
Multi-platform experience desired. History of success in radio, TV or other traditional media preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Minimum of 2 years managing direct reports, preferably outside sales

US Debit and Prepaid product is one of the largest products within Visa, driving significant revenue for Visa. Our partners utilize these products to serve the needs of hundreds of millions cardholders, ensuring consumers can use their funds at millions of merchant locations.
The Head of Strategy, US Debit & Prepaid Products is responsible for leading key growth opportunities for the business, identifying key business risks and developing mitigation strategies, as well as support annual planning and ongoing reporting activities.
The person will lead a high-performing team to drive major growth initiatives that will shepherd the expansion of the products, including scaling digital payment solutions into new segments, driving increased card usage in faster growing segments, and developing product capabilities appealing to key client segments. In addition, the person will also identify key business risks, and develop response strategies in a complex and evolving regulatory environment to champion the core Debit product. The person will be expected to be a strong thought leader, be willing and able to work cross functionally, challenge status quo, and over time develop strong product subject matter expertise including product capabilities, industry dynamics, competitive and regulatory landscape, pricing and sales strategies etc.
This is a critical and highly visible senior position in the North America Product organization reporting to the Head of U.S. Debit and Prepaid. The role requires significant cross-functional collaboration, executive interface, and external client & stakeholder engagement.
**Responsibilities**
