**About the role**
Reporting to our Business Development Director youll have the opportunity to develop and maintain revenue generating relationships for our multiple sales verticals by introducing our high-performance sustainable building material, Nexiite, to builders and developers in the MW region. Well lean on you to build strong relationships with developers for high-margin projects, present the Nexii solution, and negotiate on deals. Day to day, youll work in concert with other Sales, Estimating, Project Management, Quality Control, Plant production, Logistics, and Accounting teams to ensure every client receives the highest level of customer service. Youll communicate the message and need for sustainable building, and work as an industry leader for modern building technologies.
**What youll need:**
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Knowledge of **Precast Concrete and GFRC**.
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and engineering production drawings.
Demonstrated ability as a Sales Manager on Commercial projects with over $100M in sales.
Ability to develop a brand new market through industry connections and contacts.
A thorough understanding of, and ability to introduce, and communicate, the necessity for sustainable building and retrofit envelope cladding.
Ability to gather business intelligence to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory sales objectives and maximize ROI with every opportunity.
Respond to customer questions regarding product applications, specifications, pricing, availability, and installation.
A demonstrated ability to foster client relationships and close sales.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to stay on top of a heavy workload with many priorities
Ability to function in a dynamic environment; self-sufficient and capable in building the business pipeline at a very high pace
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
Valid driver's license with safety-conscious driving record.
