Katherine Nguyen

My name is Katherine P Nguyen. I'm an experienced Business Professional and dedicated Data Analyst with several years of experience identifying efficiencies and problem areas within data streams while communicating needs for projects. I started my career after university as a real estate agent; I picked up the necessary skills of customer service and self-motivation. In my three years as a realtor, I was fortunate to reach over 5 million dollars in sales annually; although rewarding, I crave stability, and after a few years in real estate, I sought out a career in a corporate environment and took a position as an Operation Manager at WIS International. I picked up leadership skills and a full understanding of business development and internal ownership there. 

Self-identify as a "geek," I have always been an early adopter of technology and believe the future of advancement is in big data. Although I love inventory, having a career in tech has always been my goal. Until 2019, I've honed my soft skills, such as strategically thinking about problems and identifying solutions, creative resolution, and adaptability. I picked up technical skills such as SQL, R, and Python through online courses and certification and pivoted into the tech sector. Since 2020, I've been fortunate to participate in multiple project base contracts with many companies in real estate, inventory, and insurance. 

Being Vietnamese American, I emerse myself in both cultures and am a quick learner, especially in languages. emergeI am a well-rounded candidate with technical skills and customer service experience. I am confident in my ability to present complex data to any shareholders.
