- This role will be responsible for leading a dynamic sales team in promoting our industry-leading auto repair services directly to potential clients.
- Your role involves recruiting, coaching, and training sales representatives, as well as overseeing field operations to meet targets.
- Emphasizing exceptional customer service and effective networking, you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.

- Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales representatives.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Manage individual performance of all team members and coach/train as appropriate.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer concerns.
- Manage and maintain schedules to optimize sales team productivity.
- Utilize Excel and G-Suite for tracking and reporting sales performance metrics.
- Network and build relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Participate in office duties such as meetings with the management team and networking with other sales representatives to grow the team.
- Proficiency in using sales platforms such as SPOTIO and/or Sales Rabbit.
- Proven experience in managing/hiring a door-to-door sales team.
- Demonstrated experience in door-to-door sales or direct-to-consumer sales-related fields.
- Utilize personal vehicle for fieldwork (gas reimbursement included in salary).
- Maintain a clean driving record.
- Bilingual proficiency is strongly preferred.
- Prior door-to-door sales and 5+ years of leadership/management experience recruiting, training and developing door-to-door sales teams.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to work primarily in the field, with limited office time.
- Highly organized, able to handle multiple concurrent assignments.
