    Company Summary: Our client has 8+ years of experience as an auto dent repair and collision auto repair company. They have a wonderful reputation and are growing at a rapid speed looking to add a Regional Sales Manager to their growing Dallas, TX Team. This role will oversee a team of ~19 sales reps.

    This position is a remote role with territory travel. Occasional in-office visits.
    Territory: This position will cover all Dallas Fort Worth area

    Job Summary:
    • Join our esteemed auto repair center as a Door-to-Door Sales Manager
    • This role will be responsible for leading a dynamic sales team in promoting our industry-leading auto repair services directly to potential clients.
    • Your role involves recruiting, coaching, and training sales representatives, as well as overseeing field operations to meet targets.
    • Emphasizing exceptional customer service and effective networking, you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.

    Schedule: The Field Sales Schedule is optimized for client contact, including evenings, weekends, and some office time during the workweek (M-F). Flexibility and the ability to work varying shifts dependent on weather, daylight, and optimal contact times are required.

    Responsibilities:
    • Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales representatives.
    • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
    • Manage individual performance of all team members and coach/train as appropriate.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer concerns.
    • Manage and maintain schedules to optimize sales team productivity.
    • Utilize Excel and G-Suite for tracking and reporting sales performance metrics.
    • Network and build relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
    • Participate in office duties such as meetings with the management team and networking with other sales representatives to grow the team.
    Job Specific Requirements:
    • Proficiency in using sales platforms such as SPOTIO and/or Sales Rabbit.
    • Proven experience in managing/hiring a door-to-door sales team.
    • Demonstrated experience in door-to-door sales or direct-to-consumer sales-related fields.
    • Utilize personal vehicle for fieldwork (gas reimbursement included in salary).
    • Maintain a clean driving record.
    • Bilingual proficiency is strongly preferred.
    General Requirements:
    • Prior door-to-door sales and 5+ years of leadership/management experience recruiting, training and developing door-to-door sales teams.
    • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
    • Valid Driver's License.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Willingness to work primarily in the field, with limited office time.
    • Highly organized, able to handle multiple concurrent assignments.
    Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: The Door-to-Door Sales Manager should be physically capable of walking for extended periods, as this role primarily involves fieldwork. Since the manager will likely use their own vehicle for travel, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
