    As they continue to expand their presence in the off-price market, they are seeking a motivated and experienced Off-Price Account Executive to join their team.


    SALARY/HOURLY RATE:
    $100,000 – $135,000 depending on experience

    POSITION OVERVIEW:


    The Off-Price Account Executive for Accessories and Jewelry will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with off-price retailers, maximizing sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth in the accessories and jewelry segment.

    This Off-Price Account Executive will play a critical role in expanding our market reach, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies.


    RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OFF-PRICE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE:
    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the off-price segment
    Identify and prioritize off-price retailers with potential for partnership, fostering strong relationships to drive business growth
    Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with off-price accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability goals
    Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, merchandising, and marketing, to effectively communicate customer needs and market trends

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE OFF-PRICE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE:
    Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the fashion industry and/or off-price retail sector
    Strong understanding of the accessories and jewelry market, including trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with off-price retailers

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
    Bachelor's degree is required
