    Description
    XOPS is seeking an Account Executive to join our team and work in our office in New York City. In this role, the Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with some of the biggest companies in the world.

    What you will do:
    • Work to close enterprise software contracts with Fortune 500 companies
    • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual numbers
    • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to prospective customer concerns and needs.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships: Build trust and rapport with assigned sales partners, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
    • Collaborate on sales strategy and execution: Work closely with your sales partners to develop and execute tailored sales strategies to achieve their goals.
    • Providing ongoing support: Be a reliable resource for your sales partners, addressing questions, concerns, and roadblocks in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Own it: You are willing to go the extra mile and have a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.

    Requirements

    • NOTE: This is an in-person role: the candidate will be expected to be in-person in our New York office at least 4 days a week when not in-person with customers.
    • Proven track record of exceeding expectations within the Fortune 500 landscape
    • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a sales or account management role
    • Have met/exceeded direct sales goals of 1M+ and operated with an average deal size of $250k+ while continuing to close $MM deals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to influence & drive cross-departmental strategy and collaboration (Services, Product, Solutions, Senior Leadership) during deal cycles in creatively solving our client's business problems.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
    • You are highly driven and bring a strong sense of urgency and focus in everything you do
    • BONUS*: 4+ years of experience within the HCM or IT space (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Identity Management, Device Management, etc.)
