    Based on our growth, we are seeking a skilled Account Executive to grow with us as part of our fantastic Sales Team. The ideal candidate will drive results with the Director of Sales in the wholesale footwear industry. The talented person in this role will drive sales, deftly manage various customer relationships, execute sales strategies, and maximize available resources to meet and ultimately exceed quarterly sales goals. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the fashion and/or footwear industry, who is also eager to contribute in a meaningful way, to grow with our company

    The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with handling multiple responsibilities at once and be able to budget their resources to meet the assigned quarterly sales plan.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Plan

    • Drive results and maximize available resources in order to achieve sales plan on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
    • Create strong customer relationships built on trust that turn into actionable sales.
    • Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide insights to improve performance on an account-by-account basis in partnership with the Director of Sales

    Client Relationships & Inventory Management

    • Cultivate new and deepen existing client relationships.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of service & satisfaction.
    • Build inventory plans and manage appropriate inventory for assigned clients.

    Sales Support & Order Processing:

    • Facilitate end- to- end order processing with clients to ensure order accuracy and timeliness.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the sales process is smooth, clients are delighted and key KPIs are achieved each month/ each quarter.

    Market Research & Competitive Analysis

    • Support regular analysis of competitor activities in partnership with the Director of Sales
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market demand both inside and outside of assigned clients.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to enhance our product offerings and sales strategies.

    Collaboration

    · Support cross- functional teams, including marketing, licensing, product development and production to ensure a cohesive approach is used across sales channels

    Administrative Tasks

    • Maintain accurate and up- to- date client records, order documentation and sales reports weekly/ monthly.
    • Handle general administrative tasks such as updating BI and KPI reports daily/ weekly/ monthly to support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing and/or a related field or equivalent experience ( 3-5 years in the fashion and/or footwear industry. )
    • Demonstrated communication and negotiation skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
    • Familiarity with the fashion industry and the broader retail landscape.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • On site position Monday-Friday in our NY Office.
