Description
Randstad is working with a property management company to fill a position supporting their office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative work, Quickbooks, and the MS Office Suite. Familiarity with property management is preferred and a plus. This role is Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM, with the occasional opportunity to work evenings or weekends during busy season/for showings. This is an onsite location, which is accessible by public transportation but also has parking. Qualifications: -Highly reliable and able to work Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM -Experience with Quickbooks or RentFind helpful -Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and Excel -Professional and friendly demeanorsalary: $20 - $21 per hour

Responsibilities
-Assist office manager, property manger, and owner with clerical tasks including but not limited to answering emails, phones, correspondence, and data entry
-Work closely with property managers to assist apartment showings, lease administration, and entering data related to customer information
-Work in Quickbooks entering invoices and bills
-Manage spreadsheets related to rents and tenants
-Interface with vendors and maintenance when required
-Help with rental season coordinating appointments, leases, payments, etc.
