    Deutsche Beverage + Process, a Middleby company, based in Charlotte, NC. is a custom-design equipment manufacturer that operates in dynamic industries such as Craft Breweries, Distilleries, Extraction, Cold Brew Coffee, and other Sanitary Food & Beverage arenas.

    We are looking for professionals that are interested in joining a team of self-motivated, resourceful, supportive, and driven individuals, to take Deutsche to the next level.

    Deutsche Beverage has a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Account Manager to join our Sales Team

    The Associate Account Manager plays a pivotal role in inside and outside sales along with support on a targeted regional level. This role is responsible for establishing and nurturing business relationships with key decision-makers while collaborating with the Senior Account Management Team to drive crucial business strategies.

    We require this role to be based in Dallas, Texas.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and quote inquiries professionally and courteously.
    • Foster and cultivate positive customer relationships.
    • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
    • Secure sales by cultivating favorable client relationships.
    • Schedule daily/weekly planning meetings with Senior Account Manager.
    • Conduct in-person meetings and presentations by traveling to customer locations.
    • Assist in identifying, organizing, and attending trade shows within the region.
    • Generate new sales opportunities through various means, including:
    • Engaging with brewer's forums and groups.
    • Social network platforms to gain insights and connect with potential customers.
    • Utilizing additional tools like LinkedIn and Zoom Info. to uncover new business.
    • Following up on cold contacts within the CRM database.
    • Execute strategic objectives as set by management.
    • Collaborate with Senior Account Managers to accomplish team goals.

    Requirements:

    • Willingness to learn about brewing, distillation, and other liquid process industries.
    • Associates or 4-year degree preferred.
    • Prior CRM experience is a plus, but a strong desire to learn is also considered.
    • Display professionalism in written and verbal customer service communication.
    • Exhibit a strong desire to assist both team members and customers.
    • Be available to work full-time Monday through Friday and occasionally on weekends for trade shows and festivals as needed.
    • Candidate must be detail oriented, a self-starter, with strong time management skills.
    • Attend trainings as scheduled.
    • Candidate must be able to plan, setup, execute, and breakdown tradeshows.
    • Organize customer files and adhere to contract and analysis SOP's.
    • Willing to travel approximately 30-50% of the time.
