    Job Title: Strategic Account Manager - Hyperscalers

    Location: Austin, TX

    Duration : Full Time

    This role is of Account management and Sales for global application based technology companies working with Tech Mahindra for their Trust & Safety, Consumer Experience, Back Office and Sales operations.

    The candidate will leverage TechM's entire portfolio of services for targeted such firms (BPS Selling, trust and safety, consumer experience, back office, and sales operations. ) as needed, while working collaboratively with other teams viz. market development, solutions and practice teams, delivery organizations and industry SMEs to create demand, capture qualified opportunities and move them to closure.

    Responsibilities / KRAs - ( but not limited to )

    • Act as the account lead on assigned accounts, setting the sales strategy and taking overall responsibility for developing and nurturing the client relationship.
    • Drive growth through hunting new opportunities.
    • The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with both existing and new end customer accounts within the IT and Business Services.
    • Will manage B2B business development experience with the ability to understand market trends and attract new clients to consider complex, cutting-edge technology and IT consulting services.

    Skills Required -

    • Minimum 10-15years' of experience in selling similar Service Offerings – Applications Development and Maintenance, Business Process Outsourcing, and Information Technology Outsourcing.
    • More than 3years' experience working for a Global Consulting Firm, Onshore/Offshore sales.
    • Demonstrated consecutive quarterly and yearly quota achievement in complex selling environments utilizing a solution-selling model.
    • Sales proficiency: Relationship building, negotiation, persuasion and overcoming objections.
    • BA/BS/Master's degree Finance, Business Administration or other degrees with relevant sales background.
    • Green Card Holder or US Citizenship is mandate
