    Description

    Our client, a specialized risk firm founded by esteemed leaders in the insurance industry, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. As the Marketing Lead, US, reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will spearhead marketing, communications, and PR efforts for their US specialty teams. This is a fast-paced and creative role where you will be wearing many hats and rolling up your sleeves.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Group Head of Marketing to strategize, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns in the US.
    • Coordinate with various lines of business to ensure that sales and marketing materials adhere to brand standards and resonate with target audiences.
    • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies for project collaboration and PR endeavors, serving as the primary point of contact.
    • Conduct regular meetings with teams to provide updates on PR activities.
    • Assist HR and the Chief of Staff with internal communication efforts, including webinars, emails, and Yammer posts.
    • Support the organization in planning and hosting colleague events, such as Owners' Gatherings.

    Desired Experience:

    • Marketing in Agency or Professional Services
    • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably including agency work.
    • While experience in specialty insurance and knowledge of local markets/products is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
    • Strong communication skills, capable of adapting communication styles to different audiences.
    • Effective organizational abilities, enabling prioritization of tasks and timely delivery of results.
