The salary range for this position is $105,000 to $120,000.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Execute various firm sponsorships for practice groups and individual attorneys.
  • Manage Marketing Coordinator and other staff.
  • Plan and execute attorney speaking engagements, panels, webinars, client events, seminars, and conferences: (source venues, create invitations, track attendance, handle deliverables, and provided onsite support). Provide on site support and travel when needed.
  • Administer Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs and ensure compliance with State CLE boards.
  • Facilitate firm events working with firm management, practice group chairs, and partners.
  • Run internal and external webinars from inception to conclusion including the technology aspects. Produce marketing and business development events for clients, prospects and friends of the firm
- including venue selection, contract negotiation, catering arrangements, distribution of invitations, and selection and purchase of gifts and promotional items.

  • Independently manage and update firm website and firm social media channels in support of public relations and marketing strategy.
  • Update firm intranet specifically the firm news tab and CLE tab.
  • Maintain Passle, the firm blog platform. Set up new users, provide training, analyze readership data, and generate reports.
  • Direct and oversee development, maintenance and revision of collateral materials (e.g., practice group descriptions, attorney biographies, and promotional pieces).
  • Oversee and update marketing mailing databases (ContactEase and Constant Contact).
  • Support attorney presentations (e.g., creation of presentations and related collateral materials).
  • Build and manage relationships, and negotiate contracts, with outside vendors and external contractors.
  • Draft and publish inhouse marketing communications and participate in firmwide marketing meetings with attorneys.
  • Design and oversee production of advertisements and signage.
  • Field and route prospective client communications to appropriate attorneys.
  • Assist in tracking returnoninvestment of firm marketing efforts. Followup with attorneys to ensure their effective participation at and after
- marketing and business development events.

  • Schedule photo sessions for attorneys and staff working with our photographer.
  • Order business cards for attorneys and staff.
  • Assist in business development efforts for all practice groups and for individual attorneys.
  • Assist Director of Marketing with other tasks as assigned.
  • Manage submissions for Rankings / lists: WTR 1000, Seramount Survey, Super Lawyers, Crain's Best Places to Work

SPECIFIC SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (writing sample and cover letter required).
  • Ability to communicate and interact with internal staff, attorneys, management and external clients of the firm.
  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively organize responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently (i.e., with mínimal oversight).
  • Strong Interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Must be detailoriented.
  • Willingness to travel if needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience in the legal industry.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Constant Contact, Canva, CE Manager, ContactEase (or a similar CRM program), Expression Engine (or a similar CMS tool), Google Analytics, iManage, Webex, Zoom
