The Marketing Manager at Noble People is instrumental in solidifying and elevating Noble People's unique brand reputation in the market and enabling sales to attract new clients and drive business growth.

This role requires strategic vision and proactivity, adeptness at digital marketing tactics, and strong project management and writing skills.

This role collaborates closely with the sales team, product and account teams, and our PR partner to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and sales assets that showcase our capabilities and expertise in the media industry.

This role is a critical contributor to a dynamic team that is shaping the future of media and advertising.

Essential Functions. Other duties as assigned.

Sales enablement

Manage, produce, and deliver our monthly newsletter and other sales assets. Includes project managing resources accountable to assist in developing these assets.
Lead the creation and optimization of landing pages on our website, ensuring an exceptional user experience and alignment with campaign objectives to capture leads and drive conversions.
Collaborate with our sales and client services teams to develop compelling sales assets, including presentations, case studies, hero stories, and collateral materials, that effectively communicate our value proposition and capabilities to prospective clients.

Brand marketing

Provide our Public Relations department support around things like;
Monthly/quarterly thought pieces
New client and employee announcements
Workspecific press
Conference/Panel Opportunities
POV/quote opportunities
Other agency news pieces (ie AI, etc)
Manage award entries, collaborating with internal department leaders and product teams to ensure we are in the best position to win agency and brand awards
Manage internal marketing efforts that contribute to the Noble People employee experience and our category reputation for being a uniquely creative culture (ie agency parties, gatherings, speakers, etc), and translate these experiences into assets for outward marketing.

Measurement and vision

Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and drive continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and media, and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in our marketing approach.
