Sound Off - Marketing Manager
Sound Off is searching for a creative and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

You'll work closely with our CEO to develop innovative marketing strategies that leverage our cutting-edge silent disco technology to create unforgettable experiences across various industries.

You'll also be responsible for managing and inspiring our existing creative team.

  • You're a creative powerhouse with a knack for dreaming up unique marketing initiatives and partnerships that push boundaries and amplify brand awareness.

In this role, you'll:

Spearhead Sound Off's Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that balances short-term revenue goals with long-term brand building objectives. Utilizing data and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts across all channels (digital, social media, event marketing).

Expand Our Reach: Dream up and build creative brand partnerships that align with our values and expand brand awareness to new audiences.

Lead and Inspire Our Creative Team: Foster a collaborative and supportive environment where your creative team can thrive and produce exceptional work.

Partner for Success: Collaborate closely with our CEO, sales, and operations teams to understand their unique needs and goals. Develop targeted marketing initiatives that drive event and rental bookings, retail purchases, and brand awareness.

Stay Ahead of the Game: Continuously research industry trends and competitor strategies. Identify emerging opportunities to leverage Sound Off's unique technology and stay ahead of the curve in the immersive event experience space.

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in brand marketing, with a preference for experience in the event marketing or experience marketing space.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices across various channels (digital, social media, event marketing).
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting compelling brand stories.
  • A collaborative and resultsoriented mindset with a passion for innovation and creative problemsolving.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and a strong understanding of marketing analytics platforms.

Bonus points if you have:


  • Experience working with silent disco or similar event technology.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience managing and collaborating with a team of designers and content creators.
