Experience

Over the tenure of my career I have had the opportunity to be involved in various aspects of the architectural field: from design graphics and marketing, to working at a design-build firm, to designing high-end residential projects in smaller firms, designing multi-family and mixed-use apartment buildings to, most recently, interior design/staging and creating custom millwork for luxury apartments. The wide variety of experience has given me a well-rounded understanding of architecture and the design and built world.

Senior Project Manager at a NYC interior design, staging and marketing firm. Specializing in luxury interiors for long term staging rentals for top real estate listings, turn-key stay offerings and permanent living services.

• Conduct site survey - measurements, spec paint and wallpaper as needed.
• Execute design boards of FF&E selections, elevations, floor plans, renderings and custom millwork/furniture. • Oversee onsite installations and effectively execute designs to meet deadlines.
• Create final inventory/budget according to market value of project listing.
