GENERAL DESCRIPTION


The Marketing Manager is the strategic partner to the marketing, sales, and supply chain organizations to drive growth in revenue and margin through strategy and product development.

S/he also works is responsible in conjunction with the R&D and Business Development Teams, to create a long-term strategic roadmap and driving commercialization of new products
The Marketing Manager is a data-driven marketeer, leading the charge to uncovering valuable performance insights, customer journey mapping, strategy execution and growth, and enabling process improvements for the advancement of the organization.

You are passionate about storytelling through best-in-class data analysis, converting market trends into meaningful insights, aggregating multiple sources to keep abreast with shifting market trends and producing actionable insights for revenue growth.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES**- Co-Lead ChemTreat's Strategic NPD process to drive growth of new solutions brought to market by providing strategic rationale, market build support and insights to drive key projects.

  • Evaluate the commercial viability of product development, partnerships, or acquisitions by conducting and analyzing research on customers, competitors, the market, and technologies. Use findings to create and support the 5year roadmap to be executed by the R&D, Marketing, and Business Development Teams.
  • Build dashboards and perform extensive market work for identifying target customer profiling and data mining using analytical tools to extract actionable information and provide key business insights and findings from this data from market trends, internal data and other sources.
  • Support the planning, creation, and implementation of ChemTreat's Strategic Plan. Become the SME for this process.
  • Assess inmarket and adjacent space opportunities in order to establish marketing campaign priorities and influence product development efforts through the New Product Innovation Process.
  • Establish improved marketing intelligence processes (VOC, Customer Satisfaction/NPS, Win/Loss Analysis) to diagnose gaps in commercial execution and identify countermeasures.
  • Directly influence metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities and drive improvements collectively, via organizational processes
  • Miscellaneous project as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data visualization and reporting (e.g. Advanced Excel, Power BI, Google, Qlik, Tableau).
  • Strategy development with crossfunctional teams highly desirable with ambition to move upwards.
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and escalate or resolve issues appropriately
  • Spanish or Portuguese proficiency a plus

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 10+ years' experience in industrial processes or product development or marketing**The salary range for this role is $130, $150,000.00 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Washington. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
