    Description
    The Program Director is responsible for the overall operation of all HRA-HASA Scatter Site Housing
    Programs, which includes management of staff, overseeing the development and implementation of
    program enhancements, monitoring and compliance, evaluation of policies and implementing proper

    The Program is characterized by a team approach, supervision of clinical staff, time unlimited services, crisis availability, and referral procedures.

    Oversee the planning and administration of daily operations for all program locations.
    Assist and participate in the recruitment and retention of staff.
    Prepare correspondence relative to the HIV/AIDS Scatter Site Programs as requested by the
    Ensure that Quality Improvement Policies and Procedures are follow as required in treatment and services.
    Supervise and coordinate the development and implementation of new scatter site units in geographic areas with limited HIV/AIDS housing units and/or in areas with high
    incidences of HIV/AIDS.

    Ensure that as a practice all HASA referrals are approved and secure housing within a maximum of 30 days.

    Oversee the implementation of staff trainings on an annual basis to increase their qualifications, knowledge of HIV/AIDS, mental illness and substance abuse; increase staff sensitivity towards working with and providing services to persons who are living with HIV/AIDS.

    Provide oversight in conducting an annual Client Satisfaction Survey and provide surveys to HRA if requested.

    Provide direction to Assistant Program Directors regarding individual client cases such as consumer goals of recovery, rehabilitation, economic independence, stability and community integration.

    Meet with the Senior Director of Program Administration detailing accomplishments and/or problems of each program.
    Oversee the coordination of HIV/AIDS services with community services such as inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and day treatment, to close gaps in the continuum of services

    Assist the Senior Director of Program Administration or designee with special projects, analyze, research, and prepare reports as required.

    Provide process improvements on each program
