IMMEDIATE HIRE


The Programs Coordinator oversees all aspects of the school's Aftercare, Enrichment, Clubs and Camp programming: Planning, logistics, communication, implementation, and day to day oversight.

This is a 12-month position that reports to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Identify and build relationships with vendors to create a robust and varied enrichment program that is responsive to demand and feedback from parents, students and team members.
  • Create schedules for enrichment, aftercare, clubs, and camp
  • Track hours and attendance for participating staff members and vendors
  • Track attendance for participating students.
  • Ensure high quality programming that is aligned with HoLa's mission, vision and academic, culture and language goals.
  • Ensure that all staff members provide excellent care for students and customer service for parents.
  • Create protocols for arrival, dismissal and / or afterschool transitions for all programs, as well as protocols to ensure the safety and well being of all students.
  • On site supervision of all programs during time of service.
  • Provide regular, ongoing feedback and annual evaluations to participating team members.
  • Communicate offerings to parents in a timely way, and proactively market camp through social media, flyers, and attendance at community events.

QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of relevant software;
Demonstrate enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with vendors, staff, administration, parents, and the community.

Detailed-oriented, strong time management skills; ability to independently manage multiple tasks at once and meet established deadlines;
Bachelor's degree required.


Terms for Employment:
This is a twelve-month position.

Vacation time is allotted in addition to all school holidays, health benefits, and salary is commensurate with skills and prior experience.


Pay:
$45, $48,000.00 per year
