    Description

    Operations Coordinators Basic Services: Serve as Operations Coordinators for the US SOUTHERN Command's Commandant's Office. Operations Coordinators must provide holistic support to the office of the Commandant and provide mid-level administrative/executive assistance. One position will require a TS-SCI. The Operations Coordinators Shall:

    Centralized coordination point of contact for the Commandant's office's operations & supply support engagements, Executive Officer, and activities supporting USSOUTHCOM Command.

    Support the daily internal headquarters (HQ) Commandant's office operational, training, administrative, knowledge management and logistical requirements for a joint command.

    Manage administrative support functions to maintain the operational tempo of the combatant command as mission requires.

    Develop and execute Health of the Command reports for the HQ Commandant and Senior Leaders.

    Manage the Commandant's offices Task Management Tool (TMT) workflow system used by all action officers and staff members; process NIPR and SIPR TMT taskers entered in TMT; Maintains meeting TMT suspense requirements assigned to the Commandant's office.

    Responsible for coordinating the command's SHARP training, Suicide Prevention Training, HQ building safety programs.

    Coordinate preparation requirements to implementing a HQ centralized supply program

    Assist in managing inventory schedules of Hand Receipt Holders and organizing property records, prepare and assure the execution of an annual inventory schedule of accounts reporting problems and discrepancies, as required.

    Advise Commandant on Executive Officer operations meetings and tasking to the Commandant's office.

    Assist and coordinate special assignments and projects involving research and knowledge of various logistics systems.

    Maintain continuity folders for Commandant supply and equipment orders.
