Dispatch & Operations Coordinator


Key responsibilities:

  • Efficiently schedule and dispatch drivers and vehicles to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Communicate with drivers to provide necessary information and updates
  • Monitor routes and provide support to drivers to optimize delivery schedules
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to address any issues or changes in delivery plans
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Assist in resolving any operational issues to ensure smooth logistics operations

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role within the logistics industry
  • Strong knowledge of dispatching software and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a highpressure environment
  • Familiarity with transportation regulations and best practices
  • Problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to handling challenges

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Night shift
  • Rotating weekends
  • Weekends as needed
  • Weekends only
