Since 2019, I have been employed at MetroPCS, where I initially joined as a Sales Representative. In this role, I played a crucial part in driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service. Through my tech-savvy approach and strong customer focus, I consistently met and exceeded sales targets while fostering positive client relationships.

In recognition of my outstanding performance, I was promoted in 2022 to the position of Shift Supervisor. As a Shift Supervisor, I took on additional responsibilities, including overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that all staff members provided top-notch service. My leadership skills and dedication contributed to a more efficient and customer-centric work environment.

Throughout my tenure at MetroPCS, I have continuously demonstrated my commitment to excellence in sales and customer service, earning promotions and recognition for my contributions to the company's success.
