In recognition of my outstanding performance, I was promoted in 2022 to the position of Shift Supervisor. As a Shift Supervisor, I took on additional responsibilities, including overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that all staff members provided top-notch service.
