    As our Executive Administrator, you'll report into our Director of Business Operations. You'll be instrumental in maximizing the efficiency of our Executive team and embodying our culture through internal and external communications on behalf of them. You'll work collaboratively with different teams across the organization and coordinate all administrative and operational activities for the Executive Team.

    What You'll Do:

    • Embody "Going Beyond Helpful" through all your work and interactions, both internal and external.
    • Coordinate all administrative and operational activities for the Executive Team including offsites and travel.
    • Collaborate with leaders to align calendars to maximize efficiency while minimizing a need for frequent changes.
    • Work with internal teams to coordinate schedules for large internal meetings such as company meetings and QBRs.
    • Manage the calendars of the Executive team as needed.
    • Schedule Board of Directors meetings, dinners, and any other BOD related events.
    • Other ad hoc admin projects as they arise.

    What You Have:

    • A minimum of 2+ years experience in supporting c-suite level executives.
    • Experience managing highly complex calendars, note taking, and creating executive level documents.
    • Ability to work with meticulous attention to detail, speed, and accuracy all at once.
    • Have the natural ability to anticipate what's next, and next after that
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (able to speak with or write to anyone), and proficiency in the tools that go along with them (Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Office).
    • A strong grasp of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
    • A learning mindset and an "owning it and figuring it out" attitude.
    • An agile approach to pivoting in an ever-changing environment.
    • An eagerness and willingness to give and receive feedback, because we all love learning from each other.

    The national cash compensation range for this role is $74,000 - $98,000*.

    *Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
