Role:
To provide administrative support for the President/CEO, VP Project Manager/Executive Assistant and Executive Team, including but not limited to scheduling, working with Microsoft's suite of products, special projects, and other duties, as required.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation of correspondence and reports for the President/CEO, Executive Team, Board Officers, and Board Committees. Keep President/CEO and Executive Team advised of complaints, telephone calls and correspondence received.
Screen incoming correspondence and telephone calls for the President/CEO, route to appropriate personnel as necessary, take messages as needed, and ensure timely responses.
Assist in coordination of updates to policies and strategic plan including ensuring that all required items are re-approved annually by the Board with clear tracking of Board approval and changes.
Perform specialized and confidential administrative duties, including researching data and preparing reports, as needed.
Record and compile detailed minutes of all business transacted at Board of Directors' meetings and Board committee/Internal committee meetings to meet regulatory requirements.
Assist in preparation, and dissemination of materials for the Board of Directors' meetings, including agendas, financial information, minutes, and committee reports through the Board Portal.
Other duties may be assigned.
To understand and abide by all federal, state, and local laws including but not limited to: The Bank Secrecy Act, including the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN); Uniform Commercial Code (UCC); Federal Reserve Bank; MA Division of Banks (DOB); and National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
