Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team.
As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team and contribute to the smooth operation of our organization.
This is a full-time position.Overview of Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with sales proposals and quotes.
- Proactively communicate with the Manager of Client Services and Production Manager to ensure all aspects of client projects are successfully executed.
- Provide a single point of contact and develop and maintain effective lines of communication with all internal groups (client services, production, quality, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction from inception to final product.
- Establish ongoing and productive communications with clients to ensure a successful business relationship and provide client support and service as appropriate.
- Initiate and partner with Account Executive in planning and executing marketing activities and sales strategies to generate new business and grow existing business.
- Attend sales calls and client meetings along with Executive Team/Sales Team.
- Manage the coordination and setup of client meetings, sales presentations, conference calls and marketing activities.
- Provide administrative support to Executive Team/Sales Team including updating and maintaining client contact records and sales contracts, tracking sales activity, handling client invoices and billing, maintaining, and updating marketing materials.
Key Job Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and writing skills, including telephone skills.
- Experience with direct client contact and interactive problem solving.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work under the pressure of tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and products simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly skilled with Google Docs to create presentations.
- Knowledge of Sales Force a plus.
- 1+ years in the role of Executive Administrative Assistant.
Pay:
$ $29.34 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
