    Administrative Assistant

    Denver-based real estate private investment firm is seeking an administrative assistant to support the firm in its professional endeavors. This is a full-time position and is available immediately.

    Founded in 1998, Resource Land Holdings, LLC focuses on agricultural, timber, ecological assets, mining reserves, and large real estate parcels located throughout the United States. The firm is seeking a self-motivated, accomplished candidate.

    Administrative Assistant responsibilities include:

    • Answer and manage inbound calls/phone messages
    • Organize, schedule, and manage key firm events (board meetings, annual investor meetings, off-site firm retreats, recurring internal staff meetings, etc.)
    • Maintain the firmwide calendar with key holidays, firm events, professional travel, and vacation schedules of team members (and provide periodic reporting regarding schedules)
    • Assist with senior professional's firm-related travel
    • Arrange/coordinate logistical support for guests of the firm traveling from out of town
    • Assist with firm's brand awareness including occasional postings/press releases on various media platforms
    • Coordinate and plan key communications to investors and firm partners around the country
    • Assist with maintenance and organization of the firm's digital files
    • Manage daily mail and assist with overnight document and package shipping
    • Manage/order firmwide supplies and catering for firm meetings and events
    • Coordinate and prepare documents for senior partner review and signature
    • Aid the investment, accounting, and legal teams with ad-hoc projects

    The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Meticulous organizational skills with attention to details and systematic, accuracy-driven approach
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
    • Functional technical acumen with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, internet research, and social media
    • Relevant prior office assistant work experience in similar office setting
