Role Overview:
As our Administrative Assistant / Scheduling Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in the success of our projects.
You'll be the go-to person for scheduling estimates and installations, coordinating with our team and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in keeping our operations on track.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling and logistics for project installations, coordinating with clients and our installation teams to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain calendars for key personnel, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed (using WorkWave).
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, invoice processing, and filing.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, salespeople, the installation team, and subcontractors, addressing inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes or delays.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or scheduling role, preferably in a construction or related industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software (WorkWave experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
