Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain office filing and storage systems
- Manage schedules and appointments
- Assist with the organization of office operations and procedures
- Perform data entry, documentation, printing, and scanning tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Experience:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or similar role
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting is a plus
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
