Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Maintain office filing and storage systems
  • Manage schedules and appointments
  • Assist with the organization of office operations and procedures
  • Perform data entry, documentation, printing, and scanning tasks
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

Experience:


  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or similar role
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting is a plus
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
