- Full diary management for junior and senior professionals
- Scheduling meetings, calls, and video conferences internally and externally
- Arranging travel (flights, hotels, cars, etc.)
- Assisting in preparing presentations & proposals
- Managing corporate card and expenses
- Providing telephone and email support
- Handling archiving, filing, scanning, and printing
- Preparing for internal meetings
- Occasional receptionist duties
- General ad-hoc office tasks
- 3 to 5 years of admin experience, preferably in Financial Services
- Experience with global teams and different time zones
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable of handling multiple tasks with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Workday is a plus
